Refunds

    • Refunds will be processed to the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 15 Business days in the Case of Prepaid Orders.
    • For orders paid with Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be issued through bank transfers only.
    • Our Customer Care will reach out to you for your bank details, namely the bank account holder name, bank name, branch, and IFSC code.
    • We will never request any other bank or card details. If you receive any email claiming to be from us asking you to do so, do not respond and contact our Customer Care team immediately.
    • Please note that we are unable to issue refunds through cash or cheque.

NOTE: If any item is returned by you that does not comply with our Terms of Use, we will not approve and process the refund. We reserve the right to not return an item that does not comply with our Terms of Use. Please contact our Customer Care team to enquire about the validity of your return if you are unsure.

Terms of Use

  • If you received an item that is damaged upon arrival, please contact our email: support@www.missrezanna.com immediately and provide valid proof (Photos or video) of the product.
  • You have the right to a full refund on all shipments that arrive damaged, provided you inform us within 24-48 Hours days of receiving the package.
  • To return an item, please follow the Return Instructions. Once the item is received, we will assess and validate it. If approved, we will refund the purchase price of the damaged item.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • You must return the products to us within 7 days from the date of order delivery. They have to provide a reason and return the said products.
  • You have the right to a full refund on all shipments that arrive damaged, provided you inform us within 3-5 Working days of receiving the package.
  • To return an item, please follow the Return Instructions. Once the item is received, we will assess and validate it. If approved, we will refund the purchase price of the damaged item.

You must follow the below steps to initiate a return request, the following documents and information need to be provided:

    • Return request with a genuine reason for return
    • Pictures of product and packaging
    • Copy of Invoice

Cancellation

  • We have an easy and hassle-free cancellation process available for our valuable customers.
    • You can cancel the order only before we have processed your order.
    • You can also do so by contacting us at support@www.missrezanna.com
    • If the order is already processed for shipping, then you will not be able to cancel it.

Modifications

  • Once you have placed the order, the size and color of the product cannot be modified.
  • If you want to change the Shipping Address then reach us at support@www.missrezanna.com

Exchange

If you have any concerns regarding the size or color of the product, you may request a return and place a fresh order.

Note: No Refunds are applicable in the EOSS sales period
