We offer complimentary courier services for domestic orders over INR 2,500. Orders below INR 2,500 will incur actual shipping charges. Please ensure that your complete shipping address, including a valid phone number for our courier company to reach you at the time of delivery, is filled in correctly. All shipments returned to us due to an incomplete or invalid shipping address will incur a return shipping fee. Miss Rezanna is not responsible for return-to-sender fees, and customers will be liable for the courier costs for resending such orders. To avoid this situation, please verify that all your information is accurate before finalizing your order at checkout.

Unfortunately, we cannot split an order to ship to multiple locations. If you wish to send items to different addresses, you will need to place separate orders for each shipping address.

Once your payment is confirmed, domestic ready- to- ship orders will typically take 24 to 48 working hours to process, which is 1 to 2 working days. After your purchase is dispatched, domestic couriers usually deliver in 7 working days to reach their destination. When your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you for monitoring your shipment.

Any unexpected discrepancies or delays will be communicated to your registered email address. Please check your email regularly for updates regarding your purchase.

We do not dispatch on weekends or national holidays.

Orders placed after 4 pm on Saturday may not be processed until the following Monday.

Guidelines for Self-shipping:

In case your pin code is not serviced by our courier partner, you will have to self-ship the product(s) back to us. An amount of Rs. 100 will be reimbursed for all self-shipped returns as a voucher to be used for future purchases on our website. The same is subject to your returns being inspected and quality checked on receipt in our warehouse.
