2. Handcrafted Excellence & Product Accuracy

Every piece at MISS REZANNA is crafted with artisanal precision using select luxury yarns and natural fibers. Due to the handcrafted nature of knitwear and bespoke embroidery:

• Minor organic variations in texture or dye nuance are celebrated hallmarks of authentic craftsmanship.
• We have made every effort to display garment colors and textures as accurately as possible; however, monitor calibration differences may occur.
• We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or Services to any geographic region or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis.

3. Shipping & Delivery Timelines

We take pride in secure and prompt dispatch across India and select international destinations:

• Dispatch Time: Ready-to-wear pieces are dispatched within 2 to 4 business days. Bespoke or customized orders may require 7 to 14 business days for meticulous finishing.
• Delivery Partners: All shipments are entrusted to premium, insured courier partners with real-time tracking.
• Delivery Timelines: Domestic deliveries across India typically take 3 to 6 working days from dispatch.

4. Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is paramount to us. If a garment does not meet your expectations, our policy is structured as follows:

• Exchanges: We offer hassle-free size exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the garment is unworn, unwashed, and retains all original MISS REZANNA tags and luxury packaging.
• Defects or Damage: In the rare event of an artisanal defect or transit damage, please notify us via WhatsApp or email within 48 hours of receipt with clear images. We will arrange a complimentary pickup and replacement.
• Refunds: Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days after our Ludhiana atelier inspects the returned garment.

5. Intellectual Property & Brand Copyright

All content published on www.missrezanna.com—including but not limited to garment designs, photography, lookbook videos, logos, typography, and written narratives—is the exclusive intellectual property of MISS REZANNA (Kinshu Knitwears) and is protected by Indian and International copyright laws. Unauthorized commercial reproduction is strictly prohibited.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of boutique services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ludhiana, Punjab, India.
